BBA is Bachelor of Business Administration; Management Education occupies a place of pride in the country, which can be favorably compared with those of the advanced countries. Today, it is said that managers are not born but made. We are fast moving today in a managerial society where it is realized that systematic attempts have to be made to identify, select, train and develop tomorrow’s mangers with requisite skill and abilities. Therefore, the management education is gradually becoming an essential pre-requisite for career entry and success. BBA is Professional and business related courses. It is a three years degree course. The undergraduate course in business management is open for all three steam - science, arts and commerce – candidate. Students who wish to land a career in the field of management can pursue the BBA course after completing Class 12. Referring to current era of dynamic, high competitive, knowledgeable as well as demanding consumer fraternity; in age of super-fast & rapidly advancing technology evolving in unabridged scale, there have evolved high needs of skilled management professionals all through irrespective industry. The course offers knowledge and training in management and leadership skills to prepare students for managerial roles and entrepreneurship. The BBA course is the gateway to a plethora of job opportunities in numerous sectors such as Finance, Marketing, Education, and Government Sector.

Syllabus as per New Education Policy BBA (Plain):

Business Management: Students will be able to assess the global context for Planning, Coordinating and monitoring Managerial Behaviour. Also understand various forms of organizational Structures and their importance.                  

Communication Skill: Student can learn and practice  group communication skill. They will learn how to respond in discussions, interview and conferences.

Micro Economics (Major): Student will understand importance of Micro Economics, Demand supply rules, elasticity, comparison of different market system and calculation of National Income.

Business Statistics (Major): Statistical Research Tool will increase student ability to understand how to perform social researches. Student will be equipped with knowledge about analyzing professional reports and will be able to make decision based on the report analyzed. 

Financial Accounting: Student will be able to understand about bookkeeping and accounting. Knowledge about accounting software, Branch account, Bank reconciliation, royalty and hire –purchase system.

 Business Maths (Minor): student will learn to prepare and calculate Invoice, Ratio, Commission, Discount, Profit & Loss, Matrices, Logarithm, formulate word problems in order to solve the problems using various methods.

Organizational Behaviour (Elective): student will learn about Importance of OB. Basic behavioral Process: Cognitive functions – intelligence, Creativity, Problem solving, Learning and its process – implications. Attitudes and Values, Personality – Concepts, theories, estimation and applications; Perception -implications, Counseling – importance and relevance and Motivation Theories and Leadership.

Foundation Course (English& Hindi): Reading, Writing and Interpretation Skills, Comprehension Skill, Basic Language Skills and Basic Grammar.

Foundation Course (Environmental Studies): Student will be able to understand Environment and Natural Resources, Biome, Ecosystem and Biodiversity and Environmental Pollution, Management and Social Issues.

Foundation Course (Yoga and Dhyaan): student will learn practical and theoretical knowledge about Yoga and Yogic Practices, Breathing Practices and Pranayama and Practices leading to Meditation.
